Hello, I'm Dawn.
I live in a small town within Wales.
I had my daughter two years ago and I let my diet go and now I am paying for it.
I hope I can meet some new people, I really need the motivation!

    Hi Dawn,

    I'm new here. This is the first time I've reached out. I understand your situation. I too have let my diet go too and wish to get it back. I was in great shape all my life and even bounced back pretty quickly after having two kids. Working out and eating healthy, although challenging at times, was always a priority and I enjoyed the results. Now that my kids are older, (11 & 13) I have gained about 7-10 lbs. I'd like to get back to my previous healthy, fit weight, but I'm finding it to be much harder now. I logged my first day of food yesterday and it said if I keep having days like that, I will weigh 2 lbs more in 5 weeks! Help! This is so hard! I only ate 1500 cal! It says I have to keep it to 1200. OMGosh! I really want to stick with it, but I need motivation!

    What are you finding to be the most challenging? Btw, I'm 5' 1" and currently weigh 110. I simply want to get back to my wedding weight, which was 103. I maintained a weight of 95-103 for my whole adult life. It's only been in the last two years that I've gained.

    What are your weight goals?

    Welcome and congratulations on your committment to take care of yourself. One great motivator you should be able to use is your daughter :-) She needs a healthy mom.
