BMR Question...
Is it possible to wear my heartrate monitor for 24 hours straight to get a more accurate idea of my BMR? I thought I saw one of my friends on here talk about doing that before and there was a reason which I can't remember now of why it wouldn't be accurate...What are your thoughts?

I'm currently doing a 27 min weight loss program on the Elliptical at resistance 10 and crossramp at 10. 27 Mins on the stationary bike at resistance 8 again a weight loss program and a 30 min walk on the treadmill at a 6-7% incline and 3 mph. Boca Burgers
I just had my first Boca burger. It was the Vegan kind not because I'm vegan but because it was lowest in calories (70) and I must say it was REALLY good. I had it on a orowheat sandwich thin roll and all together it was 170 calories but it was sOoOo good!!
