So when I started I was in a size 28. Bought a new easter dress today.... SIZE 22!! YAY ME!!
I am watching my calories and stuff but I notice at the end of the day I am lacking majorly in the vitamin department. Any suggestions on what has benifited you guys? I went to the drugstore but was very overwhelmed!
I am new to this whole eating healty and excercizing thing. I need to excersize and I want to just take off running but I know I cant. What can I do to burn calories but not tear up my joints?
I have been using this site for a few weeks now and I love it! I have never really cared about nutrition or health but I now realize that it is very important and I am comitted to this for life!!
