It's hard to be low carb/low fat/low sugar. I usually roast a turkey breast at the beginning of the week and snack on that. Dill pickles are good, too, and give that crunch you sometimes miss.

My go-to snack is Blueberry nonfat yogurt.

It's got SOME carbs in it, but its still low enough to be able to snack on 3-4 times a day.

    HI,
when it comes to low carb snacks, what do you consider low carb are you in "induction" if so try the atkins snacks, i also find that special k snacks are fairly low in calories and carbs, you could also try lite yogert, or just cut of some turkey, fruit, any kind of veggies, rice cakes, if you need something that comes out of a bag pork rinds have zero carbs, boiled eggs, lite deli meats, basically once you define how many carbs you are going to have daily the rest is easy.

i have a goal to loose 60lbs so i constantly keep my eyes on my daily carbs thats the best way to stay on track.

also try visiting low carb websites they usually have receipes for low carb snacks.

hope this helps and please feel free to reach out to me if you ever need anymore feedback.:)

My favorites are hard boiled eggs and the little baby bell cheeses.

Hard boiled eggs, chicken breast, chicken drumstick, mozzeralla low fat cheese sticks. I tend to over eat cheese sticks so I freeze them so I will only eat one or 2 at a time.

Almonds, trail mix and walnuts, but these are high in calories so you need to measure out and keep to once a day. I stopped eating trail mix because I was eating way too much of it for sure. So unless I get the individually packaged trail mix I do not get the big bag anymore.
