How to remove lower abdomen fat?
I've lost almost 10lbs and am not seeing any difference to my belly. It's the biggest part of my body. It's just below my naval where all the fat is. It's like a tyre around my waist. My top two packs are showing and I would like the rest of them to show. I know spot reduction can't be done but is there anything I can do?

My waist size is 31.5inches at the belly button. I measured my BF % on different websites and it's generally 15-16%. However, I've looked at pictures of 15-16% bf but I look a bit different. When to increase resistance?
I do weighted push ups because I don't have access to a gym as of yet. I started off with my body weight. I have just changed to wearing a 5lb bag and I can only do about 1 rep with it and do about 3 sets of these 3x a week. When should I increase the weight?
