What and/or how much do you ladies eat when it's TOM?
I've noticed that I tend to crave and hungrier a lot more when I'm PMS'ng and on my TOM. I'm wondering what you ladies are doing to wave those cravings and hunger pains off?

I just got my HRM from Amazon last night. I've set it up. But I noticed that you can only measure your performance for the day overall and not per exercise (i.e. a walk or one workout session in the same day). What do you do with splitting up these two activities? Or do you just average it out when you get the eod results?…

5'3 and weighs 200+
Anyone out there who is 5'3 and weighs 200+ and has some success with weight loss. Needing some inspirational weight loss stories, pics and suggestions. I was at 206lbs and have since lost 8 lbs, but I feel like I'm losing too little. I see people post their lost of 20+ lbs in 2 months, is that really feasible?
