Hi I was just wondering if there are any females on here taking jack3d for their workouts? Im trying to find something to help me with increasing my energy for my workouts I need something to give me that boost..Any suggestions? fat burning or aerobic zone?
my hrm gives me three diffrent options for setting a heartrate zone..health..fat..and aerobic..which zone should i stay in?.. does it matter ? ive had it set at the aerobic zone where 127 is the lowest and 157 the highest... sometimes i go above that and i see myself at like 170...should i slow down or should i be staying…

100 calories burned in 10 min???
i did squats, jumping jacks, burpees ect for 10 min and my heartrate monitor said that was 100 calories burned.... right before that i did 20 min on the elliptical and that was 207... how accurate do you think that is?? 100 cals in 10 min seems like alot to me... im 143 lbs 5'6 if that helps.. i also have the sportline…

i did 20 min on my elliptical and heart rate monitor says i burned 207 calories right after that i did squats, jumping jacks, burpees ect for 10 min and just for those 10 min it told be that was 100 calories burned... that seems high to me.. do you think that is possible? im 5'6 142lbs... i have the sportline universal…

daily calorie summary??
im a little confused about the daily summary i get...i put in to lose 2lbs a week and it gave me a 1200 calorie goal..now when i log in my exercise it adds those calories on top of the 1200... like today i logged in a 60 min aerobic class (zumba).and burned 427 my calories remaining are 1627 i havent logged in my breakfast…

does it really matter which one you do first? ive always done cardio before anything else and ive heard that its better to start with the weights first?.. any suggestions?
