portable snack after a work out?
should i eat something after a workout? i looked around at some protein bars but they all have 200 calories and it cancels a lot of the workout i just had, over half since sometimes in an hour workout i dont even burn 400 calories if i jog for an hour or an hour and a half should i eat something after? what's a good food…

leg hurts after treadmill exercise
