my schedule is kinda weird since i work from home, ive been sleeping really late at 6 am and waking up 4 pm, but the other day i stayed up until 10 am and then each day its shifting a few hours, its almost like im on a 26 or 28 hour clock
so yesterday i just tried to stay up all night and then hopefully i can try to sleep normally today and wake up normally tomorrow
but is it ok to workout if i didnt get any sleep? or will it tell my body to store more fat?

Get some sleep so that you can have a more effective workout tomorrow and be more energetic. Sleep or there lack of does not cause you to store more fat. Eating more than your body burns causes you to store more fat, that's all.

Sleep is good and helps you be more energetic, heal, and provides are very necessary health benefits. You can miss one day of the gym.

yes, i would like to get some sleep, normally i sleep pretty well 8 hours at least
but, i want to sleep at a normal time like other people instead of at like 8 AM! but when i try to sleep at 10 pm i dont feel sleepy
so to get my schedule back to normal im trying to stay up a full night so i will feel sleepy the next day at 10 pm, so i can wake up at a normal time, but it might take a few days to get normal again
now im like a bat, kind fo nocturnal and up when everyone else is sleeping haha

I wasn't clear, but are you able to work out in the evenings/at night time? I've been having problems with sleeping for several months and ever since I started working out I have not only been able to sleep soundly but have regulated my internal clock. Alternatively, melatonin has also done wonders for me (in very small doses!) and drinking chamomile tea when I need to relax has been helpful as well.

Working out when you haven't slept will not tell your body anything about fat storage, it will tell it something about exhaustion.

Trust me I know the feeling. When I was a college student if there wasn't a class forcing me to be up by 8am I'd be awake until 6am easily, usually hearing the birds outside was the cue to go get some sleep. Hang in there and you'll get your body onto the right clock for sleep it just takes a little time.

Working out on sleep dep won't tell your body to store more fat :noway:
But it can increase your risk of injury. If youre atigued from the start, you need to be more attentive to form and to the body's signals that it's had enough... which, unfortunately, is harder to do when you're fatigued. Can you do it, maybe - YMMV - but I'd suggest you be careful and consider going lighter or "active rest" instead of beast mode.
