motivation to go to the gym

i try to go to the gym at least 5 x a week now, but sometimes i dont have motivation
also i feel kinda weird being there on a friday night, or late at night
i usually prefer to work out 10-11 pm, i work from home so i usually wake up later in the day
but i prefer if there are some other people around, its just my building gym and pretty small, only 5 cardio machines total
but they have tvs on them so its pretty convenient
friday night i like to watch a particular show while im exercising
but saturday night i just decided to stay in and made an excuse but if i had more motivation i probably would have done

im always glad that i went afterwards, and i tell myself ill go again the next day
but when the next day comes sometimes i just dont feel like going
how can i get myself to go to the gym when i dont feel like it?

also sometimes i feel a little sleepy when its time to exercise and i dont feel like going
