In need of low carb help.....
I am seeing a holistic doctor that has placed me on a low carb diet (72grams per day). I know nothing about low carb...I have a book I am looking carb count up in. My problem...I don't know what to eat but meats, cheeses and greens. I have had eggs in some form every day for 3 weeks because I am suppose to have a NO carb…

over 50 yrs and doing the 30 day shred?
Just curious if there is anyone over 50 who have had good success with the 30 day shred.....I am thinking of starting it and finishing it! How did it affect your shape? Would you recommend it? Before and after pics would be great for encouragement.

Anyone using the LA Weight loss plan???
My daughter was on it several years ago and lost 130#'s...and gained some of it back. She is going to start it again...just wondering if any of you use it, and if so, how does mfp help in conjunction with their plan? I know it counts the calories...but does it help, since their plan is based not on counting calories?

Vegetable Protein....
I have been using TVP in place of half of the actual meat in recipes...I would like to find new ways to use it. Does anyone know a site that has actual recipes for the use of the powdered protein and do you have good recipes that you use? Thanks
