I love to use my pb2 in a smoothie. I use a banana, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons or so of pb2, usually some chocolate protein powder, and lots of ice.
EDIT:
Heres a list of recipes:

'They do have a website...but people who enjoy it come up with better recipes to use it in :-)

Try 6-8 oz light vanilla (soy or almond) milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 2 Tablespoons PB2.
A trick to keep from watering flavors down is to freeze soy or almond milk in ice cube trays and use those to make shakes thick and slushy.
Always use a frozen banana- it make all the difference. Hint- peel them first and then freeze in a ziplock snack bag0
