Vegetable Protein....

I have been using TVP in place of half of the actual meat in recipes...I would like to find new ways to use it. Does anyone know a site that has actual recipes for the use of the powdered protein and do you have good recipes that you use? Thanks

    have you tried seitan? it's wheat gluten...i know that didn't answer your question about protein (and i don't know if you have a gluten allergy) but i love that stuff! i'm not a vegetarian but the majority of my diet is...i guess a flexitarian?
