Is adding exercise on MFP cheating myself on calorie deficit?
If I've decided my calorie goal based on my estimated TDEE (I want to have a slight deficit) then isn't it "cheating" myself by adding my cardio exercises, and thereby earning more calories on MFP? Since I've already figured what my TDEE is based on my current activity level? Should I not add my exercise to MFP so it…
