Sodium
Do any of you change the sodium recommended for the day? It says 2500 for mine. I was 400 over for my calories and still only had 508 in sodium. Is it set pretty high?

Vitamin C
Does anyone track Vitamin C? I don't usually, but thought it would be fun to see what I was getting through my foods. It's interesting what they say for each food. I was surprised to see Vitamin C show up in Rice Krispies, grilled asparagus, milk, fajita meat, tilapia, etc. Always learning something.... :)

Wasabi Wild Trail Mix
Has anyone tried this? I did not realize how wasabi peas tasted. How did a pea get so spicey, bitter, hot, and just plain bad? Everything else in there was good. I think I would pick arms. I keep my weights next to the computer and it's easy to do sets when I'm reading. :)

Cholesterol
I was just wondering what everyone's setting for cholesterol is? Mine says 300 and according to the food search is says 2 large scrambled eggs have 430. I would imagine that a lot of protein would contain much more cholesterol than what is allowed. I know a lot say it's ok to go over with the protein, what do you think…

I love looking at before and afters on weight loss/toning up, but does anyone have before and after pictures if you aren't overweight and are concentrating on toning only?

I've been drinking sooo much water since tracking on mfp. So my question is why is it that no matter what size you are that you are to have 8 glasses of water per day? (Mine says 8 anyway and assumed everyone is the same.) Wouldn't someone who is 200 or 300 pounds need more water than someone who is 100 pounds? Seems like…
