Does anyone track Vitamin C? I don't usually, but thought it would be fun to see what I was getting through my foods. It's interesting what they say for each food. I was surprised to see Vitamin C show up in Rice Krispies, grilled asparagus, milk, fajita meat, tilapia, etc. Always learning something.... :)

    The mint Clif bar I just ate had 100g Vitamin C. That's exactly what the setting is for the whole day. Interesting. :)
