I am confused to hell!
I am a member since April, 2014. I started out on 1200 and I am still there. I did lose 28 lbs. in 138 days. That was terrific. I am now at a stand at a still, and have gone up 4 lbs. I am here to see if this can help me. I have gained 30 pounds in 10 years. Quit smoking, was put on phsyc drugs and went through menopause. All having weight gaining factors. I understand portion control, just have a hard time, LOL! I eat was too much ice cream. I am hooked on it.
