Went to quote you and flagged you by mistake. The advice I would receive from these people was directed toward my exercising and buildiung muscle and fat and all the stuff I was not familiar with. They don't consider your time frame being a member. 6 mos. compared to 3 years has a whole different perspective.

My guess, under eating. I would just figurwe my whole day ahead of time so as to come in under calories. Just a walker.

I think following a plan will be tougher in the winter. Some of my selections will have to change being seasonal.

Think what you will. I buy a regular selection of low cal foods. Add a lot of green, fruit, and I eat cottage cheese with pineapple everyday. Losing boobs also. It is really not that important as is when you chose to lose weight. Be happy with the body you are achieving. I lost 28 ponds so far. People have told me how great I look and they can tell. Not much boobs vs. thin again.

Seems that no matter what diet you choose, you are counting. People count their sugar, carbs, sodium. Losing weight sensibly it is about using portion control.
