Good sugar vs Bad sugar
I'm trying to watch my sugar intake and I'm not sure if I should only care about processed sugar or any sugar. I had a Mango today and it was 31g of sugar. Half my daily allowance. Should I only be concerned about processed sugar or sugar from fruit as well. Thanks

Any golfers out there?
I golf with a push cart and when I entered that in MFP it is showing that I burn approx 250 cal per hour. Since the round is approx 4.5 hrs it is giving me an additional 1200+ cal to eat that day. new member - high body fat %
hi - i just joined. love the site. I was just tested for body fat % and it is 40%. 52 year old female, not overwieght, exercise regularly. From my research this is on the very high end. Anyone else have this problem and what do you do to change it. Thanks
