Good sugar vs Bad sugar

I'm trying to watch my sugar intake and I'm not sure if I should only care about processed sugar or any sugar. I had a Mango today and it was 31g of sugar. Half my daily allowance. Should I only be concerned about processed sugar or sugar from fruit as well. Thanks

    For me................... as long as the fruit has some fiber I don't worry about it. It's the processed ones that I do!

    Basically the understanding I have gotten from this site is that sugar is sugar no matter what, and none of it is fabulous for you. It's just that fruit has so many other health benefits than say a cookie or candy bar do not have, therefore if you're gonna eat something sugary your safer bet is fruit :) So enjoy that mango!
