realistic goal for body fat %

Hope I can get some help and advise from all you trainers and others trying to change their body composition. I'm a 52 yr old female. I started on MFP about 6 months ago. I was 128lbs and 40.6% body fat. I'm now at my goal weight of 120 and my body fat is 36%. The good news is 100% of the 8lbs I lost was lost in fat. My next goal is to reduce my body fat to 30% which means shifting another 8 lbs from fat to muscle without losing any more weight. What is a realistic time frame to acomplish that? I'm willing to put in the heavy lifting but not kill myself to do it. I heard building muscle is a slow process. I do a body pump class 2x/wk but I don't think thats heavy enough weights to build the muscle I need. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
