Calorie Consumption Question
My daily intake is 1200. Has been since I began 2014. I realize I have not lost much weight. Now, I know I am not 100% faithful to imputing data, but I am at least 90%. and I log about 15,000-20,000 steps every day with fitbit. Other than being 100% on it with entering food and being honest, what else could help promote…

FitBit and MFP and exercise
If my exercise for the day is running or the elliptical, my fitbit registers steps. When I sync FB to MFP, it takes into consideration all my steps. Should I or should I NOT type in the cardio I did into MFP? thanks!

what to do with exercise calories??
When FitBit syncs and I log my exercise, I gain more calories in my count for the day. Should one eat back those calories or just leave them as a deficit? I am not sure if it would say I wasn't consuming enough in a day if I did nothing with them. Some days I receive 600 calories from my exercise. Thanks for helping!

Inputting a week ahead
As I meal plan for the week, I was wondering if I can input my daily meals in MFP. I wouldn't hit complete until the end of the day, just wondering if I can input to verify I am eating enough/not too many calories! Thanks!
