Inputting a week ahead

As I meal plan for the week, I was wondering if I can input my daily meals in MFP. I wouldn't hit complete until the end of the day, just wondering if I can input to verify I am eating enough/not too many calories! Thanks!

you can do whatever you want, most people like to prelog for the day so they can balance everything out, its alot easier to fix a bad idea before it happens then after its already in your tummy0

I have a different strategy I post as I eat.....at some times I have not eaten something because I ddin't feel like logging it......logging during the day helps me stay on track.0

You do whatever it takes and works for you. Some of this is trial and error. You will learn lots of tricks as you go along. Good luck.0

Sure, you can do that. I would only do it for things I know I will eat for sure (usually part of my breakfast, any leftovers I have). Otherwise I just log throughout the day.
Also you don't need to hit "complete day" and even if you do you can still add more to that day. I don't bother with that feature.0
