Calorie Consumption Question

My daily intake is 1200. Has been since I began 2014. I realize I have not lost much weight. Now, I know I am not 100% faithful to imputing data, but I am at least 90%. and I log about 15,000-20,000 steps every day with fitbit. Other than being 100% on it with entering food and being honest, what else could help promote the weight loss? More calories? Less calories? I have 5'1", 164#, 40 year old woman.
THANK YOU!!

Your diary isn't open. Often when people don't lose when they expect to, it is due to logging errors.0

The most important thing is getting an accurate count of calories eaten. If you are not doing that, it will hold you back. You can say you get at least 90%, that 10% could make a huge difference. For that matter, if you are using less precise methods of measuring your portion sizes like estimation, measuring cups for solids, and the like rather than a digital kitchen scale in grams, that will also throw off your calories eaten number.

In short, you need to get more accurate with your logging.1 -

This^^
OP, if you're not losing weight, then you're eating more than you think. It's that simple. Due to your size and age, your deficit is likely pretty small, so you don't have as much "wiggle room" when it comes to inaccuracies.
Tighten up your logging by using a food scale and see if that helps over the next couple of months. I can almost guarantee that it will.0
