Skinny fat recovery Help please?
So I finally got my body fat percentage today. Im 6'1" at 165lbs, my percentage is roughly 18-20% now that I know I need to gain muscle and my lack of definition wasnt cause I needed to shred more weight, what do I do? Please help Ive been struggling with this for awhile.

5lbs weight gain over two weeks...
So just two weeks ago I increased my calories from a deficit to around 2300-2500 calories a day. I work out everyday for about 45 minutes, and that's all in lifting or abdomine work.
