Thx, I dont have a lot of time to lift cause of sports and stuff like that. What surplus do u think I should eat at? Im in football season right now, and soon Im going to be getting into wrestling season

I don't have one at the moment actually, again been soon my own stuff. I lost 50lbs with a huge deficit strictly cardio, that porbably caused skinny fat

Haha, It was actually a legit question, sry if it seemed like I was being sensitive xD I was wondering if he ment cause of my lower weight for my height. Cause Ive been thinking cardio and I dont have a caliper so Im not sure what my body fat is at

How would Ik if Im truely skinny fat? Cause I just took a test with a tape measure and got "13%" body fat at 160lbs and 6 foot tall.

I lift more like 4-5. But its that calories that get me... Im worried about consuming more, cause I dont want to get fat again. SO I usually end up eating around 2000 or slightly less. Ik thats minimum for someone whos 6 foot

If youre wondering about core training, i have a routine I switch up. Right now I do 50 Half sit-ups, then switch to 20 leglifts straight up immediantly. Then I go to planks for 30 seconds and stay in that position for spider man crunches. Then Ill do a super man for 30 seconds, and the hold a chest lift for 3 seconds ten…

Funny thing is Ive been working out for almost 6 months, barely missing days.

Okay, before I upped my calories to 2300ish I ate around 1800 daily and thx

Sry I should rly say more xD, my deficit when I started was 1000, and before I upped it it was at 1800

Thats something I havent really been doing, I dont drink water as often as I should be, I dont drink other things either... but I know food has some water in it depending on what it is
