carbs/protein before bed?
Opinions? Am currently on the 40grs of carbs pre workout and whatever gr's needed afterwards to complete my daily carb intake. Protein I take whey right after working out. Suggestions for a daily diet of 100-200 gr of carbs!
Help needed! Currently swapping in between split peas, lentils, whole wheat pita bread, rice (whole and white, same with pasta), baked potatos, fruits such as apples, peaches and papaya! Working under a 1550 calorie diet (and have been strict about it, never went over). Any suggestion is appreciated!

work out days! suggestions welcome!
Hey all! I'm currently working out 3 days and then resting 2, rinse and repeat. Was thinking on going 5 days in a row in order to rest always on weekends. Going 1 day HIIT training and the other 2 for weight training, days in which I do no cardio. What would you suggest? my goal is fat loss without burning muscle away!
