work out days! suggestions welcome!

Hey all!
I'm currently working out 3 days and then resting 2, rinse and repeat. Was thinking on going 5 days in a row in order to rest always on weekends. Going 1 day HIIT training and the other 2 for weight training, days in which I do no cardio.
What would you suggest? my goal is fat loss without burning muscle away!
