changing settings on HRM
So how often do you all change your weight settings on your HRM? weekly daily monthly? I try to make sure I update mine weekly if theres been a significant weight loss. if its just a pound or 2 I don't really stress over it too much. any thoughts?

questioning my goals?
I am a 33 year old mother of 2 and I am thoroughly questioning what would be a reasonable weight goal for myself? almost 5 years ago I was able to lose down to about 156 pounds and was wearing a size 12 dress and size 8 and 10 pants. 10% loss!!!!!!
I am so excited. This morning I finally hit the 10% loss mark. Thrilled beyond belief. And getting ready for work I slipped into a pair of 14's for the first time in god knows when and they look good are a little roomy. I am SOOOO happy!!! Happy Hump day everyone!!!

I'm no longer OBESE!!!
I am no longer obese, I am overweight now!!!! It may not seem like much to some but to others they know exactly the thrill of moving that one step closer to be at a healthy weight. I am so happy. I hope I can continue this downward drive and not lose my momentum. WOOOHOOO!!!!
