Ok So I started this change in my life in the middle of September. Don't ask me why then, right before the holidays, right before a very dear friends wedding in January? I don't know something just clicked that I was Done! I'd had enough. For some unknown reason I just was fed up and was going to fix everything that I was doing wrong to my body. I'd tried and failed only God knows how many times. I'd start and not be able to lose any weight or I'd lose motivation. I'd question my ability. I'd be my own worst critic and tell myself tht I was not worth it. Why try. Ill always be fat. I'm supposed to weigh 210. I hated myself!!! I wanted to die, but the only thing that would come out of tht was that I would ruin my kids lives and not be able to fix anything. So like I said something clicked.

I was the one choosing what to eat, how to or if to exercise, what to drink, what to do to my body!

So I QUIT>>>>>>>>

smoking
drinking pop
eating fast food
eating chips and junk food

I have lost 35 pounds in like 70 days. Yeah that is pretty amazing. It's amazing what your body will do for you if you feed it right.

So back to my NSV: My co workers are all beside themselves with the fact that I am dropping weight so effortlessly their words not mine. It takes effort trust me! I'm being cheered on for my will power and dedication and of course everyone wants to know
"What are you doing?"
But anyways I tell them I eat right and exercise! No surprise that they think it can't be that easy.LOL

I have a dear friend I work with who is currently 5 months pregnant and today we're talking and she says to me " When you get to your goal weight I need a picture of you in a 1 piece bathing suit becasue you are my motivation. I want to look like you!"

I laughed at first then the more I thought about it afterward I was like WHAT!!! You want to look like me?!!! I'm far from anything poster worthy, but still it made me feel good that she looks at me like I look at so many of you and others.

Ok I'll shut up now. I tend to ramble after a long day at work.
Thank you all for your support!
