Does anyone combine weight watchers philosophies into their Mfp diet? In ww you're able to eat most fruits/veggies for 0 points. Does anyone not add their calories of fruits/veggies to Mfp diary and still have great success??

Just wanted to see if anyone recommends the Couch 2 5K program for an avid walker, but new runner. What have your results been? If I begin it, I will use the treadmill version and wondered what speed is good to use? I don't want my pace to be too fast or slow. Thanks for any input! :flowerforyou:
