Baked apples in a bag.
I just made this recipe using a Granny Smith apple. Poured it over 1/2 a cup of oatmeal, yum! It's super easy and quick, took me a whole 3 minutes. 2 mins to cook and 1 minute to cut the apple and add the ingredients. http://www.salad-in-a-jar.com/family-recipes/apples-in-a-bag

Freezer Cooking.
So this is the idea: freezer cooking. The idea is to spend a few days each month cooking in bulk and freezing your meals so the rest of the month you have little to no meal prep. I can see the pros & cons to this, but I think I would definitely do it on a weekly basis, rather than a monthly basis. Has anyone had success…

Should I be eating as many calories as MFP says?
So I used the BMR tool and it says I should be eating 2,154 calories/day. I'm 25, 5'8" and 300lbs. I've been eating 1500 calories or less a day with exercise. I'm assuming that eating less than recommended might hinder my weight loss?
