The best that I have found to eat occassionaly are skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and bars. They range fron 70-150 calories. Like them as an occassional treat.

Freeze a banana, then whip it up in your blender - take a bit but it has the texture of ice cream.

If you really want to max out your sweet tooth, try 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla frozen yogurt with a Tbsp or so of honey drizzled over the top. Not calorie free, but super satisfying.

The weight watchers ice creams are also very good. Most of them are 150 cals or less I think.

Also, I need to try this whole frozen grapes thing.. sounds awesome.

Yes, I was going to say some kind of frozen fruit or Skinny cow. I LOVE skinny cow. I'd recommend the strawberry cheesecake cup (150 cals). It really does taste like it, not like those tasteless/bland "diet" things

^This is what I was going to say, but you could also add a spoon full of peanut butter or nutella when blending. So yummy!!
  • Fudgsicle brand sugar free fudge bars! 40 calories for one individual wrapped bar. That's what I usually have but even if you have 2, 80 calories is great for a big ice cream bar!
  • I agree with Skinny Cow! Don't know if you have Publix where you live, but they are buy one get one free this week.

I like to add a alittle skim milk and some Nutella to mine!
  • I tossed some yogurt in the freezer tonight…was pretty tasty and so easy.
  • At Caribou Coffee shop (if you are near one), you can get a "Northern Lite" dark chocolate cooler small size for just 90 calories and it is really delicious. Or, you can buy chocolate graham crackers break them in half and put fat free whip topping in between two squares and wrap them in plastic and put in freezer. They taste like ice cream sandwiches but I think they rank at one point each on weight watchers.

I buy frozen yogurt or the slow churned dryers (I think it's the slow churned type).....they range from 110-130cal per 1/2 cup serving. My husband and I use a half cup and the kid cones (15 cal) for a cold and sweet treat. Or add cinnamon or something like that

Fat free hunts snack packs are only 90 calories a cup. Carb control fudgecicles are about 40 cals each, Mars makes mini ice cream candy bars (like twix and snicker) for 90 cals each.

I do the frozen grapes too.

    Frozen oranges work.

Cottage cheese and fresh pineapple cures my sweet tooth every time.

Lite yogurt with Wawona tropical fruit mix (mango, papaya, strawberry, pineapple)

Dip fruit into your favorite flavored yogurt!
