I have some chicken breasts, skinless & boneless. Also two medium sized sweet potatoes I'd like to use for dinner tonight. Any recipe ideas out there?

I'm thinking honey chicken perhaps & mashed sweet potatoes. I'm open to recipes like this or others! Thanks!
