Freezer Cooking.

So this is the idea: freezer cooking. The idea is to spend a few days each month cooking in bulk and freezing your meals so the rest of the month you have little to no meal prep.

I can see the pros & cons to this, but I think I would definitely do it on a weekly basis, rather than a monthly basis.

Has anyone had success with this and if so, what are some of your favorite sites to use for recipes?
