caffeine? or not?
How many of you drink coffee or something with caffeine in it before a workout or in the morning for the extra boost? Or is this a not a good idea? I am personally not a coffee drinker. I like hot herbal tea, which most of it is caffeine free or a small amount of caffeine. Should I drink more caffeine?
