Hello! I'm here looking for new friends. I found myself looking at my friend's list and about half of them are inactive. Add me so we can support each other. Even if we are on different weight plans, let's still support and celebrate each other! I'm in it for a healthy lifestyle. I'm petite and haven't got much to lose. When I first joined I wanted to lose the last 10 lbs. of baby weight, but now I'm more into maintaining and keeping fit, if I can stay consistent. That's my trouble. I usually stick to something for a week or maybe 2, then something happens and I end up stopping. Before you know it, I have to start all over again. Here's to new friends, motivation, and consistency! Comment so you all can add each other too!

I've been in the fitness lifestyle since 2011, lost some body fat, gained some muscle and got addicted to running! At 50 yrs old and no plans on stopping!! Nothing is more motivating than watching people progress to there goals.0

That's amazing 1shark1bite! I love to hear about people succeeding to their goals. I haven't made it to that runners high yet, but it's a goal of mine. I want to know what all the fuss is about. But like I said earlier, I get into it then drop off for one reason or another. Consistency is definitely lacking on my part.0
