I know it's true that you'll burn more calories when your on your period, but is it also true that you'll weight more when your on your period? One of my friends is stressing about her weight also, and asked me this, but I have no idea.

I'm eating right, measuring out my foods and drinking water nonstop, but my question is what is the best drink..other the water to drink while trying to lose weight? && Like I said, I'm eating right and measuring stuff out but an hour or so I'm hungry again, what in ya'lls opinions the healthy snacks?

Hi all. I just joined the site today and would love any advice anybody would like to offer. I'm 21 and have nobody to blame for my unhappiness but myself.
