I have the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout dvd that I workout too. How would I log that to see how many calories it burned?

You should invest in a heart rate monitor. I got mine at Target for $50. I found out I was burning almost double of what I thought.0

If it's anything like the BL Cardio then you can probably log it as aerobics (high impact), or enter it yourself. I usually estimate about 10 cals per min of high intensity aerobics like that (don't count warm up/cool down). But that's just me. A HRM will prob be most accurate, but I haven't invested in one yet.0

Before I got my HRM, I would log it in as circuit training.0
