Any advice for a short term low calorie diet?
Just to jump start my weight loss I want to go on a low calorie diet: between 1000 and 1200 calories. Im going to alternate having a fruit/veggie smoothie between breakfast one day and lunch the other (homemade with fresh fruits, veggies) and also I'm going to include whole grains such as brown rice and whole grain breads.…

tips on exercises to tone.....
Ive been trying to tone up areas like my arms, back, and legs. I feel as if my legs are getting tone and tight and I can feel my arms getting there as well but I cant get my back/sides of my chest tone (ladies, some of u may know what im talking about, that back fat/side boob fat area lol!) Any suggestions??

Down by the river
I've found, when I have time, I love going to riverside and walking or by the Marina and running. There is a small outdoor workout equipment area too! I dont use all the equipment there, but I do use the bars for dips and push-ups and I use the sit-up seat and the roman chair bar.
