I don't drink soda (Id rather waste my calories on something chocolate) much less diet soda but my mother in law was here this weekend and left diet orange soda that she didn't want to take back home with her. I need to shake things up a bit!
I've been on MFP for almost 3 months now and It seems l have hit a wall. When hit the 10lb mark in my weight loss MFP suggested changing my goals so I don't level off. Any suggestions on how to do that? Right now I am set to lose 1lb a week (all though I was averaging about 2lbs a week)...do I change it to .5lbs or is it…

Does anyone have some good tips for drinking all 8 glasses of water? I usually can only get about 6 glasses a day. Isn't it a law that restaurants have to have their nutrition facts either posted or on hand for their customers to view?? I've asked two different places since I've been on this site and neither of them have it.

What do you do??
So, as this site says its important to eat all your calories for the day. On the days I work out I do very well and either eat all my calories or have a few left over (on average I gain about 300 calories for the day). However, on the days I don't work out I find it hard to not go over my calories. Does anyone else…

Lunch!
So I find it easy to eat a low calorie breakfast and low cal snacks, but I struggle to find a -filling- low/moderate calorie lunch so I don't strap myself of calories for Dinner. Does anyone have any favorite lunch idea's they can share?? Thanks! Avagirl

After I did my weigh in for the day I signed up to have my weigh in's posted to my facebook account. When I checked my FB account I noticed it didn't post. Is that because I signed up after I did my weigh in??

Question about tracking food
So this is my second day on here and I have a question about tracking food. For example, tonight for supper we're having pork spare ribs cooked in the crock pot. We have 4lbs of meat but the tracker only counts it in ounces. What is the best way to track meat? Thanks, Avagirl.

I'm brand new here! I have a question about eating back your calories. I don't understand how that will help you lose weight? Isn't the idea to stay at or under your calories for the day to lose weight? Can anyone explain that to me? Thanks!
