What do you do??

So, as this site says its important to eat all your calories for the day. On the days I work out I do very well and either eat all my calories or have a few left over (on average I gain about 300 calories for the day). However, on the days I don't work out I find it hard to not go over my calories. Does anyone else struggle with this or is it just me??

Every damn day...I had minor surgery last week which means no gym for 2-3 weeks...and I've gone over every day. I work out so I can eat my face off...good, healthy food mind you...but I love eating. I don't even drink my calories...I have set my goals to maintenance and I've blown over by at least 100 calories since my surgery...there's nothing I can do, but I'm glad I love working it off lol0
