I've been on MFP for almost 3 months now and It seems l have hit a wall. When hit the 10lb mark in my weight loss MFP suggested changing my goals so I don't level off. Any suggestions on how to do that? Right now I am set to lose 1lb a week (all though I was averaging about 2lbs a week)...do I change it to .5lbs or is it the other way to 2lbs? Thanks!

You could adjust your calorie goals to 0.5 lb a week, and then also take a look at your Macronutrient percentages. I recently upped my protein % and reduced carbs. It's really helping me keep going!0

For every 10 lbs you lose, it is recommended that you go into your goals and enter your current weight. This will recalculate your daily requirements based on your new body composition.
