A helpful push? Please!
Ok so I about a month into this. I've lost 7.6 pounds. Which I've been excited about. However this week, while still eating the same (1300-1400 a day), I've started to see the scale number go up. :frown: Can anyone tell me why this is? Or what I'm not doing right? Any suggestions?... Please!
