Calories in Marinaded meats?
So, just how to count the calories in marinaded meats? For example, tonight I've marinaded a pork tenderloin in a mix of lite soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and hoisin sauce. Frustrated!
How is it even possible that I GAINED two pounds this week?! I ate under my alloted calories every day, worked out 3 days, and did walks in addition.
