Just found MyFitnessPal on my phone. Have tried many things over many years to try to lose weight. Some have worked better than others, but I've always eventually gained the weight back. I'm hoping to make these changes for good this time.
I'm a 36-year-old other of 2 boys who works part-time nights as a nurse on L&D. One of my biggest downfalls is all the junk food that people bring in to work; my willpower is seriously lacking at 3 am when I've been awake since 7 am! Hopefully the food calculator will keep me more honest.
