Calories in Marinaded meats?

So, just how to count the calories in marinaded meats? For example, tonight I've marinaded a pork tenderloin in a mix of lite soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and hoisin sauce. Then I'm going to grill it. I know I should add something for the marinade, but unless I boil it and use it as a sauce for the meat, I'm certainly not eating all the calories in the marinade.
Any ideas anyone?

I usually just count a tablespoon or two of the marinade.0

When I marinate stuff I usually estimate based on how much I put in to start with and how much is left in the bag that gets thrown away -- Usually I go with about half actually being in/on my food. I'd rather estimate a little up than a little under anyway.0

I usually go with whatever the serving is. But if you wanted to be SUPER technical... Measure how much you put in with your meat, and then measure how much comes out after its done marinating. You can log the difference.... I guess?0
