HRM overestimating calories burned?
I have today bought a crivit sports HRM and after completing week 1 of C25K it tells me I have burned over 800 calories! Am I correct in assuming that this is grossing over estimating? The HRM has a chest strap, which I used. Any idea what it's more likely to be? Any help very much appreciated! Kayle

I've just completed approx 30 mins on this game for the Xbox Kinect. I did 3 types of warm up sessions, 2x running sessions and 1 yoga session and it tells me I have burned around 20 calories. Do you think this is accurate? I have really built up a sweat. Any advice would be appreciated

Should this exercise count?
I do a 20 minute minute walk to and from work everyday (I did this before MFP) - should I be counting this as exercise or not? I'm not counting it at the moment, as it seems so small. Any advice? Thank you

What should my daily goal be?
Hello all, I'm a 5ft 5" lady of 23 of who is 190lb. I have calculated my BMR to be 1,616. I did have goal set to lose 2lb a week, but I now have it set to 1lb per week. Any advice on what I should be aiming for? Thanks very muchly Kayle
