Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012

I've just completed approx 30 mins on this game for the Xbox Kinect. I did 3 types of warm up sessions, 2x running sessions and 1 yoga session and it tells me I have burned around 20 calories. Do you think this is accurate? I have really built up a sweat.

Any advice would be appreciated

    I have the same game and I'm pretty sure that it only counts calories burned for "fully" completed reps, so if your form isn't 100% it doesn't include them in your total. This is complete bs! Haha I haven't played it on awhile but I was logging it under cardio aerobics or calisthenics.
