What should my daily goal be?

Hello all,

I'm a 5ft 5" lady of 23 of who is 190lb. I have calculated my BMR to be 1,616.

I did have goal set to lose 2lb a week, but I now have it set to 1lb per week.

Any advice on what I should be aiming for?

    YOu have it to loose so 2 lbs is healthy.

    Let MFP do the maths for you! If you enter all your data and choose say "1lb per week" then MFP will calculate calories for you.
    I'd suggest that losing 1lb a week is a good place to start. If you don't lose at this rate you could drop down, but starting at the recommended rate seems sensible to me!

    I would go middle of the road at 1.5 pounds per week, and see how you do. If need be, you can always change it :)
